BRING GAME DAY HOME — SPORT COURT & PICKLEBALL COURT INSTALLATION
Backyard sport courts are having a moment, and pickleball is leading the charge. Across Maryland, public courts stay booked and rec-center wait lists keep growing — so homeowners are building their own. A private court means hoops after dinner, pickleball on Saturday morning, and game nights that never wait on someone else's schedule.
The appeal is how much one surface can do. A single court can be striped for pickleball, basketball, and volleyball at once, lit for evening play, and fenced to keep balls in and kids safe. It turns unused yard into the spot everyone gravitates to — and keeps the whole family active without ever leaving home.
Plays Like a Pro Court, Sits in Your Backyard
A great court starts with the games you actually play. We plan the size, orientation, and striping around your sport — a regulation pickleball court, a half-court for hoops, or a multi-game surface that does it all — and position it to keep the Chesapeake sun out of your eyes at peak play.
What's under the surface decides how it plays and how long it lasts. A properly excavated, graded, and drained base keeps the court flat and puddle-free, while a cushioned, shock-absorbing surface is easier on knees and ankles and holds its grip and color through Maryland's freeze-thaw seasons.
That's what separates a real court from a painted slab. We finish with professional-grade surfacing, crisp regulation lines, and the extras that matter — lighting for night games, fencing, custom colors, even a logo at center court — so your court is ready whenever you are.

Our design process
Start With a Conversation
Reach out and tell us a little about your property, your goals, and the outdoor space you have been imagining. This first conversation helps us answer initial questions and make sure Bayside Outdoor Living feels like the right potential fit for your project.
Walk the Space Together
If the project feels aligned, one of our design specialists will visit your home to walk the space with you. We will listen to your ideas, study the property, and talk through how you want to live, relax, and gather outside.
Bring the Vision Into 3D
After the on-site visit, your design specialist will begin creating a custom 3D design for your outdoor living space. This typically takes one to two weeks and helps you clearly see how the layout, features, and flow can come together.
